Your expired license probably isn’t actually expired. Navigating the rules of the (paperwork) road on top of the pandemic is confusing.ġ. If DMVs are closed, do you still need to have a current state sticker on your license plate? What about a city sticker? What if you’re a new driver who’s been waiting to get a driver’s license for the first time?
